Account Manager – Sales Department (Enterprise & Telecom)
General description:
• promote the company image and brands in accordance with the company sales policy;
• initiate contracts with potential clients and develop relationships with current clients within the market segment of responsibility;
• draw up offers and contracts, initiate and coordinate specific projects and follow up their execution;
• survey the market and submit reports, analyses, proposals and guiding lines regarding business competition: sales policies, offered products, relations of the competition with the company clients;
• any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor for accomplishing the short term strategies on the basis of legal provisions.
Main responsibilities:
• meet the targeted sales volume and the related profit within the market segment of responsibility;
• maintain and develop relations with organizations and their decision takers within the assigned market segment;
• identify projects and programs required by the market segment of responsibility as well as opportunities of promoting the company products and brands;
• make sure the clients' requirements are fully met, in accordance with the company sales policy;
• apply current legal regulations regarding specific acquisition procedures ( bidding, financing);
• initiate and present offers;
• initiate contracts, submit them to the direct supervisor and participate to negotiations;
• issue orders and follow up deliveries;
• coordinate current projects and cooperate with the technical department within the company;
• follow up contracts execution;
• issue invoices and follow up payments;
• follow up deliveries to the clients;
• follow up post sale services (warranty period, installation, configuration, training);
• get information on competition (strategies, prices, product range, etc);
• initiate reports on competition related to market segment of responsibility and submit them to the direct supervisor;
• cooperate with the technical department and product managers of the company to select the best products and solutions in accordance with the clients' needs.
Requirements:
• university degree (post-university degree is a plus); • experience: at least 5 years in IT field; • knowledge of the company products and services; • client oriented attitude; • communication and negotiation skills, flexibility; • proven strategical skills and creativity in selling; • top performance oriented; • open and transparent behavior, organized and discipline attitude; • team work abilities, correctness and loyalty to company; • interest in self professional development; • good command of English; • knowledge of business legislation; • PC operation: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data base applications.
Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and integrating activities necessary to develop, execute and make changes to the a project plans, across multiple functional lines. The Project Manager is responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.
Responsibilities:
- Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards;
- Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones;
- Evaluate risks and act proactively;
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
- Coordinate internal staff, service providers, and clients;
- Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality;
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project;
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis;
- Manages project budget;
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requirements:
- Project Management experience (preferred with PMP / PRINCE2 / ITILV3 certifications);
- Follow-up and monitoring skills;
- Good working knowledge in planning and forecasting;
- Very good analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer focus, organizational, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to influence others and negotiate to achieve the desired results;
- Good English level;
- Driving license.
Services Sales Account Manager

- initiate contracts with potential clients and develop relationships with current clients within the market segment of responsibility;
- elaborate offers and contracts, initiate and coordinate specific projects/programs and follow up their execution;
- survey the market and submit reports, analyses, proposals and guiding lines regarding business competition: sales policies, offered products, relations of the competition with the company clients;
- any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor for accomplishing the short term strategies on the basis of legal provisions.

- coordinate elaboration of current projects with the clients within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the technical department;
- follow up contracts execution;
- issue invoices and follow up payment deadlines be met;
- follow up deliveries to the clients;
- prepare reports on competition within there are of responsibility and convey them to the department manager;
- cooperate with the technical department and product managers in order to select the products and solutions that best meet customers requirements and needs;

Requirements:
- university degree (post-university degree is a plus);
- experience: at least 5 years in IT sales; experience in professional services sales minimum 2 years;
- professional level knowledge on national and international sales trends regarding the company's products/services;
- English, advanced level;
- professional level negotiation skills;
- knowledge of economic legislation;
