Cisco granted FRONTAL COMMUNICATION SRL (South East Europe) the Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

 

Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

 

Customer satisfaction is a key element of Cisco Channel Partner Program. Cisco uses the same survey tool to measure customer satisfaction for both Cisco customers and he level achieved by its Gold, Silver or Premier partners.

 

Partners that achieve outstanding customer satisfaction are distinguished from others by the Customer Satisfaction Excellence gold stars. These partners can be reached on the Partner Locator Center from the website of Cisco, at www.cisco.com, these section being periodically updated.
